Crystal talks about the masks that we wear in ministry. Masks are what we use to try to hide our true selves from others and God. Learn how to help your volunteers and teens remove their masks and be their authentic selves.
BROKENNESS
Michael and Crystal talk about how we have to assume that each adult and teen that walks through the door is broken. It is our job to welcome that brokenness and prepare a place for them.
Redemption
Michael talks about our need to not wallow in our brokenness, but allow God to work through that brokenness to bring about His glory.
