Matt Rice is the president and founder of Ablaze Ministries and currently resides in Bryan, TX. He holds a BA from Texas A&M University and a M.Div. with Biblical Studies concentration. Thrive Coaching will give you regular ongoing coaching with a youth ministry expert: including both one-on-one sessions and digital support.
Coaching will be both specific to your situation and cover set topics for intentional ministry specific leadership growth.

MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE
COACHING SESSIONS?
The coaching session is made up of 2 parts. In the first part of the session, the coach will ask the mentee a few questions and serve as a sounding board and give guidance on the aspects that the mentee finds most urgent. This typically lasts 25-30 minutes. This time is also used to address the spiritual needs of the mentee. How is your prayer life going? Is the work / life balance in check?
The second part of the session is formation given by the mentor. This also lasts 25-30 minutes. A specific topic is taken, taught, and applied to the situation of the mentee. This piece ends with a challenge to be completed prior to the next session. All of the challenges require a small amount of time and a small amount of courage.
