Thrive is an online community of Catholic youth workers created by Catholic youth workers.
As a member of this community, you have access to digital resources, training materials, live broadcasts, and the collective wisdom and support of hundreds of Catholic youth ministry leaders around the world.

COMMUNITY

The number one thing youth ministers across the country have been telling us they need is community. We all love national conferences because we get a chance to spend a few days with other folks who just get it.
The backbone of Thrive is our community. You can connect with Catholic youth ministers around the world in our private, moderated Facebook community.
We know that the heart of youth ministry is relationships, so we made it the heart of Thrive.

TRAINING

The Thrive community was built to help you grow as a youth worker. As a Thriver you’ll have access to our extensive video training library plus our weekly live training sessions.
The video training library includes training content for both you and your volunteers.

RESOURCES

Thrive is not a youth curriculum because there are a number of great curricula out there already. At the same time we know there are conversations that you want to have that your curriculum might not cover.
That’s where our Big Conversation Guides come in. These guides are created to help empower your community to have essential conversations with the young Church. They are specifically designed to engage both Churched and unChurched youth in an authentic conversation and can be used in as larger group talk prep, small group starter guides, or even one on one settings conversation tools.
Give them to your team, a parent, or use them yourself to craft a real conversation that will help drive discipleship and answer big questions your teens are asking.
You’ll also get access to our ever-growing screen driven library – perfect for your gathered events.

ACCESS

The last part of Thrive is access to our team at ProjectYM and some of the most powerful voices and trainers in youth ministry across the globe. When you are part of the Thrive community we bring all these voices to you!
Our whole team is on hand to chat online or at live events, about the challenges and questions in your ministry, help with onsite training, or chat about what your ministry needs are. You can even schedule short one on one conversations with team members.
In addition, when our team travels through your area you get the chance to come to exclusive Thrive member meetups and gatherings.
